WhyNavo 服务条款
WhyNavo 提供本地优先的新标签页和可选的跨设备同步服务。使用在线版、浏览器扩展或 PWA，即表示你同意以下条款。
服务范围
WhyNavo 提供快捷方式、小组件、笔记、待办、倒计时、壁纸、备份和可选账号同步。未登录功能主要依赖当前设备和浏览器的本地存储；云同步需要注册并完成邮箱验证。
账号与数据
你应保护自己的邮箱、密码和导出的备份文件，不要与他人共享。云端同步数据按账号隔离，但同步内容不是端到端加密。你可以随时导出完整备份，或在账号面板永久删除账号及在线云端数据。
使用资格
创建同步账号表示你已满 16 周岁，并达到所在地可独立同意网络服务的年龄；否则不得创建同步账号。你应确保提交的信息和使用行为符合适用法律。
你的内容
你保留对自己快捷方式、笔记、待办和其他内容的权利。你仅授予提供同步、备份恢复和安全防护所必需的处理权限。不要上传无权处理、违法或恶意的内容。
合理使用
不得使用 WhyNavo 进行违法活动、批量滥用注册接口、攻击或干扰服务、上传恶意内容，或试图绕过安全验证、账号隔离和访问控制。Cloudflare Turnstile 等反滥用措施可能要求你完成额外验证。
服务可用性
WhyNavo 依赖浏览器、网络、Cloudflare、Supabase、邮件服务和天气等第三方服务。我们会尽力保持服务可用并发布兼容更新，但不保证第三方服务、离线缓存或本机存储永远不中断。重要数据请保留本地备份。
免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的范围内，WhyNavo 按现状提供，不对不间断运行、特定用途适用性或本机与第三方服务永不丢失数据作保证。对于可合理避免的损失，请先使用完整备份和当前受支持版本。任何责任限制均不排除适用消费者法律不得排除的权利，也不限制因故意行为、重大过失或法律明确规定而产生的责任。
安全更新与限制
为保护账号和同步数据，严重安全更新可能停止旧版本继续同步。违反合理使用规则、攻击服务或危害其他用户时，相关请求或账号可能被限制。此类措施不会授予我们使用用户内容作其他用途的权利。
源代码
公开可审查的源代码、MIT 许可证和第三方许可清单位于 GitHub 仓库及正式发布包。许可证不授予 WhyNavo 名称或标识的商标权。本条款只适用于官方在线版和官方发布服务；第三方修改版或自行部署实例由其部署者独立负责。
联系与变更
不包含个人数据的一般问题可通过 GitHub 的公开 Issues 联系维护者。包含邮箱、账号信息或其他个人数据的数据请求，以及安全问题，必须使用 GitHub 私密漏洞报告渠道，不要提交到公开 Issue。我们会在本页更新条款日期和重大变更。

WhyNavo Terms of Service
WhyNavo provides a local-first new-tab dashboard and optional cross-device synchronization. By using the official web app, browser extension, or PWA, you agree to these terms.
Service
WhyNavo provides shortcuts, widgets, notes, todos, countdowns, wallpapers, backups, and optional account synchronization. Signed-out features primarily depend on browser storage on the current device. Cloud synchronization requires a registered and verified email account.
Eligibility and account security
You may create a synchronization account only if you are at least 16 and have reached the age at which you may independently consent to an online service where you live. You are responsible for protecting your email account, password, active browser sessions, and exported backup files.
Your content and synchronization
You retain rights in your shortcuts, notes, todos, and other content. You grant only the processing rights necessary to provide synchronization, recovery, and security. Account-scoped cloud content is protected by authentication and access controls but is not end-to-end encrypted. Do not upload content you have no right to process, illegal content, malware, passwords, or recovery secrets.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse registration or email delivery, bypass security challenges or account isolation, disrupt the service, probe other users' data, upload malicious content, or use WhyNavo for unlawful activity. Abuse-prevention controls such as Cloudflare Turnstile may require an additional verification step.
Availability, updates, and backups
WhyNavo depends on browsers, networks, Cloudflare, Supabase, email delivery, and other third-party services. Important data should be kept in a complete local backup. Critical security or data-format releases may stop unsupported clients from cloud synchronization. Unpacked browser extensions do not update automatically and must be replaced and reloaded by the user.
Account deletion and service restrictions
You can permanently delete your account and online cloud data from the account panel after re-verification. Requests or accounts may be restricted when necessary to respond to abuse, attacks, legal obligations, or threats to other users.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WhyNavo is provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent retention by browser or third-party storage. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
Source code and third-party versions
Publicly reviewable source code, the MIT license, and the third-party notices are available in the GitHub repository and official release package. The license does not grant trademark rights in the WhyNavo name or logo. These terms govern the official hosted app and official releases. Modified or independently hosted versions are operated by their respective deployers.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Use public GitHub Issues only for requests containing no personal data. Data requests containing an email address, account information, or other personal data, as well as sensitive security matters, must use GitHub private vulnerability reporting.
